We accept returns if

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

The item is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used food items

Products returned after 48 hours

Items without valid proof of purchase  

3. Refund Process

Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email/phone

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method
